Insulated Rescue Hook "Pole", This is a tested and certified rescue hook pole for Grade A Tools Part # GAT-RH-84831. This replacement pole is designed specifically for EV  automotive and collision repair applications.  Pole is rated at 87,000 volts and calibrated to meet ASTM-F711 specifications. This is a manufactured with a 1-1/4" fiberglass pole. Pole is equipped with universal stick attachment.
