Grade A Tools LLC Returns & Refunds

Customers may return unused stock items within 30 days of purchase. All returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee. All freight charges incurred are the responsibility of the customer.  No credit will be issued for shipping charges unless the return is a result of our error.  We are not responsible for returns lost in transit.  We strongly recommend using a shipping service with tracking.

Non-Stock Items

All Non-stock and Drop Shipped Items are subject to 25-50% Restocking Fees depending on manufacturer.

International Shipments 

Grade A tools ships only within the 50 United States. International customer may complete purchases with freight forwarders/export agents. Grade A Tools assumes no responsibility for providing HS Codes, completing export/customs paperwork or paying any duties associated with cost of export. All export requirements are the sole responsibility of buyer in this case. International shipments via freight forwarders may be excluded from return policy. 

Special Order Items

Special Orders and Items made to Spec are considered No Cancel/No Return/No Refund.  Refusal of shipment does not constitute right to refund.

All returns to GradeATools.com must be accompanied by a Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#). You may request an RMA Number by sending an email to: returns@gradeatools.com

All Returns must be in new resalable condition, in no way missing or damaged parts.

NOTE: RMA must be requested no later than 30 Days after Purchase and Returned product must be received No later than 40 Days of Purchase to Qualify for ANY refund.

If the merchandise you ordered has been damaged in transit, you must contact us within 24 hours of receipt in order for the merchandise to be returned and/or replaced. It is the responsibility of the Purchaser to Inspect Package Upon Delivery for damage and NOTE any damage to Item or Packaging on Delivery Receipt. Be sure the Driver also notes the damage. Please retain all packaging in case the carrier wants to inspect the goods onsite. Damages to Package that are not noted on bill of lading or delivery receipt may Void your Claim.

. Used Equipment (Sold As / Is)

Return policy does not apply to international shipments via freight forwarding agent. Freight forwarder required to note any damage upon receipt. Grade A Tools not assume responsibility for any damage sustained to product once in custody of your freight forwarding agent.
