Cam follower / roller in the tower Outer bearing is for the American Freedom frame machine, and guides the towers smoothly around the track and helps reduce binding. The cam follower / roller bearing works with the American Freed frame machines, including Standard, GT, GT Tilt and Maxx Frame machines, This is the same bearing that the is used by the manufacture and is plug and play, Bearing only (Does not include the 7/8 -14 Nut).
