The Champion Grade G Oil Vapor Removal Filter series (CHP-CFFxxG) is an advanced coalescing filter that removes ultra-fine oil vapors and aerosols down to .01 micron, achieving residual oil content of .003 ppm for ISO Class 1 clean air. Ideal for collision repair shops and auto body paint booths where oil-free air is essential for flawless finishes, preventing contamination in spray guns and downstream tools. Maximum inlet temperature: 150°F (66°C). All units ship with the Grade G element pre-installed. These models feature manual drain and are rated for 300 psig max pressure. Choose the size that matches your compressor output for optimal performance.
