The Champion Quick Lock XCQL-SC series threaded outlet saddle clamp reducers – efficient adapters for adding female NPT threaded outlet branches to existing Champion aluminum air pipes without cutting or welding. Clamp-style design secures to main run pipes (25mm to 50mm) with a 1/4" female NPT outlet for leak-free drops in compressed air systems. Rated at 300 PSI and -4°F to 300°F, with power-coated aluminum for corrosion resistance and FDA compliance where needed. Includes drill jig for easy install – reusable and perfect for expanding air lines with threaded connections in auto shops, garages, and industrial setups.
