ERCuSi-030 Silicon Bronze MIG Brazing Wire – 0.030" (0.8 mm) diameter on a 10 lb spool – is the Honda ProFirst-qualified wire for GMAW (MIG) brazing of coated and galvanized sheet steels in collision repair. This AWS A5.7 ERCuSi-A (commonly listed as ERCuSi-030) copper-silicon alloy melts at low temperature and flows easily to create strong, smooth, fusion-free braze joints with virtually no distortion or burn-through on thin panels. Uses only 100% argon shielding gas.
