Description
The Mager MGR-1 D4860 is a single-phase solid state relay (SSR) that converts low-voltage DC control signals to high-voltage AC output for reliable switching in industrial applications. Rated at 60A load current with output 24-480VAC 50/60Hz and input 3-32VDC, it features zero-crossing operation for reduced electromagnetic interference (EMI) and inrush current. Control current 3-25mA, on-state voltage drop ≤1.5V, off-state leakage ≤2mA, response time ≤10ms. Dielectric strength 2500VAC, insulation resistance 1000MΩ/500VDC, operating temperature -30°C to 80°C. LED status indicator and protective cover included. Complies with RoHS directive. Dimensions: 59mm x 45mm x 30mm. Mounting holes 4mm diameter. Zero-voltage turn-on for longer load life.
