The OTC 4012A Two-Speed Hydraulic Hand Pump is a rugged all-metal manual pump designed for professional mechanics, collision repair shops, and heavy-duty applications requiring reliable hydraulic power without electricity or air. Two-stage operation delivers high-volume low-pressure flow (0.662 cu. in./stroke up to 325 PSI) for rapid ram advance, automatically switching to high-pressure (0.160 cu. in./stroke) for full 10,000 PSI force. Features a large 55 cu. in. reservoir (45 cu. in. usable), 2-way valve for single-acting rams, fingertip control valve with 180° throw, welded steel carrying handle, and unique fill cap to prevent over-pressurization. Non-vented design and handle effort under 140 lbs. at max pressure ensure user-friendly operation in demanding environments.
