The OTC 4020 Air/Hydraulic Pump is a rugged foot-operated unit that uses shop air to generate up to 10,000 PSI hydraulic pressure, serving as a versatile power source for professional collision repair, body shops, frame alignment, and heavy-duty tasks. With 98 cu. in. usable oil capacity in a durable plastic reservoir, it powers large rams (up to 55-ton), presses, and hydraulic pullers efficiently. Features a two-stage release mechanism for fast or metered ram return while reducing shock, plus an internal relief valve for overload protection. Requires 9-20 CFM at 100 PSI air input and includes a 3/8" NPTF oil port. Foot pedal control allows hands-free operation, making it ideal for demanding garage environments.
