The OTC 4022 Air/Hydraulic Pump is a rugged foot-operated unit that uses shop air to generate up to 10,000 PSI hydraulic pressure, making it an ideal power source for professional collision repair, body shops, frame alignment, and heavy-duty applications. With a generous 2-gallon plastic reservoir (442 cu. in. usable oil capacity), it provides ample supply to operate large rams (up to 55-ton), presses, and hydraulic pullers. Features a two-stage release mechanism for fast or metered ram return while minimizing shock, plus an internal relief valve for component protection. Requires 9 CFM at 100 PSI air input and includes a 3/8" NPTF oil port for easy hookup. Durable design ensures reliable performance in demanding garage environments.
