Grade A Tools Shunting pliers clamp for resistance spot welding and grounding. The shunting pliers creates a path of least resistance to complete the grounding of the adjoining panels to help create a strong and more complete weld nugget. Keep your work looking and performing to OEM standards, Shunting pliers are an I-CAR requirement when performing resistance spot welding and when performing weld bonding. The pliers are 6” and are rated at 150-amp part# GAT-SHP-100. pliers are equipped with 20mm swivel ground Contact pads with non-conductive washer insulating the pliers.
