The Steck 21970/21960 SPR Rivet Removal and Install Kit is designed for auto body and collision repair shops. It includes the 21970 Extraction Tool for pushing out self-piercing rivets (SPR) using a 1/2"-20 Grade-8 hex bolt with hardened tip and 3/4" or 19mm socket on a 1/2" impact wrench. The 21960 Insertion Tool features a magnetic hex bolt with center recess to hold and install replacement SPRs. High-grade hardened steel frames for durability. Allows quick repairs without expensive hydraulic tools.

These are not very fast or easy to use but it works, I would recommend this if you have a one off job or you are not on a time line.
