The Steck 21892 Aluminum Skin Zipper is an air hammer driven tool designed for auto body and collision repair shops. It hems or crimps 1mm aluminum door skins onto 1.5mm door shells at tight window flange openings. Wider gap accommodates aluminum thickness. Produces a rope hem to prevent cracking, with minimal finishing needed on corners and lines. Attaches new skin in about 15 minutes before adhesive sets. Red color distinguishes from steel tools. Self-lubricating nylon head for regular or bonded skins. Made in USA.
