Replacement Chain Roller Wheel - For Chief S21 Frame Machine

The Grade A Tools Chain Roller Wheel is a 5" replacement idler roller for the 10 ton tower collar on Chief frame machines. It is a replacement for Chief OEM Part # 601201 and guides the 1/2" tower chain through the collar so pulls stay smooth and the chain tracks straight.

The wheel is grooved for 1/2" chain with a 1" center hole and drops onto the existing 1" grooved collar pin with no modifications. Replacing a worn, flat spotted or seized roller restores smooth chain travel and cuts chain wear for far less than a new collar assembly.

This roller fits 10 ton collars only. It will not fit 5 ton tower collars that use a 4" roller for 3/8" chain. Pin, washer and retaining clip are sold separately.
